Heather Graham

My name is Heather Graham, and I am working towards the completion of my PhD in Accounting from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. 

My research examines how regulation and enforcement shape behavior in financial markets and the broader economy. I am especially interested in how institutions and individual decision-makers influence outcomes for firms, investors, and communities. More broadly, my work highlights the consequences of individual regulators and policy design.
